The Fisher School offers several pathways through the MBA Program, taking students from where they are to an MBA. The appropriate program depends on a student's previous background in business education, language study, and work experience.
Two-Year MBA Program Students have little or no previous business study and two years of university-level language study. Also for international students with three-year university degrees. Requires 550 TOEFL or 6 IELTS score for non-native English speakers. Completion: 21 months. August or January entry.
Two-Year MBA-Plus Students have little or no previous business or language competence (or wish to begin a new language). Includes summer language study. Completion: 24 months, including language study. June entry.
Advanced Entry MBA Students have previous business study that meets program prerequisites, three years of university-level language study, and business experience. Requires 600 TOEFL or 6.5 IELTS score for non-native English speakers. Completion: 12months. August or January entry.
Advanced Entry-Plus Students have previous business study that meets program prerequisites, business experience, but little or no language competence (or wish to begin a new language). Completion: 18 or more months including language study. June entry.
Master's International Program Offered jointly with the Peace Corps, this program is available to U.S. citizens in both the Two-Year and the Advanced Entry MBA program. August or January entry.
Dual Degree Options MBA students may opt to pursue a second master's degree in: International Environmental Policy International Policy Studies International Public Administration International Trade Policy Translation
