An Overview:

On-Campus Presentations
An effective presentation provides students with a strong sense of the objectives and career paths offered by your company.  Because of the Monterey Institute's academic calendar, presentations may be targeted to both first-year and second-year students from September to November and January to April each year.  Please refer to the Academic Calendar.

On-Campus Interviews
Conducting interviews on-campus is the most efficient and convenient way to meet Fisher School students.  Our Director will help you with all of your logistical tasks.  We will provide, if his schedule permits, a visit from Dean Ernest Scalberg.

Career Marketplace
On-campus lunchtime and an early evening Career Marketplace are efficient and cost-effective ways to meet face-to-face with our students.  Firms may even choose to conduct same-day interviews in our Career Center with students that they meet.  Check with our Career Director for the next available time slot for the Career Marketplace.

Building Your Campus Profile:

Student Club Event Sponsorship
Students join campus clubs based on their industry, job function or geographic preferences.  Clubs are an excellent way to identify the students that meet your employment needs.  List of Student Clubs.

Career Workshops and Panels
The job market moves rapidly, and the industry perpsective is essential to keeping our students abreast of these changing trends.  Participating in a skills workshop or career panel is an excellent way to build your company's campus presence, while helping to develop tomorrow's leaders.  Please contact the Director of Career Management to advise if you are interested in participating.  Click here to view the current schedule of Career Workshops.
